Thomas Douzis is the Co-founder of Ergon Products / Deli + Cuisine / Culinary experience. Ergon started in 2008 as a selection of traditional Greek products that were sourced from small, independent, producers from all over Greece. In 2011 Ergon took a step further by opening the first Ergon Greek Deli and Restaurant in Sani, Chalkidiki. By now the Ergon network of 8 groceries and restaurants successfully promotes Greek gastronomy in Greece and abroad.
