Erosion Man fights crime while also teaching about erosion. He is searching a cave for evidence of underground erosion. Erosion is caused by water, ice, and wind, and is the movement of sediment. There are five main types of erosion: wind, water, ice, underground, and soil erosion. Erosion Man finds an example of underground erosion in the cave. He explains how erosion created the Grand Canyon over time and can be both constructive and destructive.
