- 9. Quite a few representatives of ethnic minorities live in Vilkavi邸kis district as well.Roma people also live in our region.There are 32 students of Roma origin who learn in our district schools. They usually get primary education, but they seldom accomplish basic and secondary education. The main occupations of Romes are trading, fortune-telling and music.
