This document outlines a seminar on project management given by Daniel Garcia-Almi単ana. It includes an overview of his personal and professional background working in project management for 27 years. It then describes the structure of the seminar which will cover degrees and new master's courses at ETSEIAT, key issues in project management, a case study exercise on team leadership, and conclusions.
