Tonight, Aalok planned to discuss the importance of a PMO within project-based organisations, the different types of PMO and their key elements, PMO governance and centres of excellence.
PMOs within an organisation can be centralised, hub and spoke with a central PMO with satellite PMOs globally, or embedded within projects. The appropriate structure will be determined by the specific business needs of the organisation. The PMO sits above PM delivery and the supply chain delivery teams.

- 3. In order to attract my target audience, I felt that the design was one of the most important parts in attracting them. Spectrums magazine design was made to be simplistic yet elegant for viewing so that that everything was placed in a fresh and straightforward way. I had researched other similar magazines such as Mixmag for example to help with coming up with this particular layout and design for the entirety of the music magazine in order to keep in conventions. The images that I have taken and have used were to develop and construct an emotion which mirrors the calmer and carefree side of being a young mature adult. I did this in order to reflect the happy scene of clubbing for my readers to take sight of and enjoy.
