Feature & Commercial Assistant Director/H.R. Manager 2009-­2016 • On-­‐set Human Resources Coordinator. Responsible for individual personnel management, dispute resolution, on-­‐boarding, employment termination, and payroll coordination. • Pre-­‐Production Coordinator. Responsible for the management of up to ten different departments and their daily schedules to ensure all aspects of production are covered before work commences. • Schedule Management. Ownership of individual and group scheduling for the duration of production, including compliance with union bylaws and negotiated timetables. • Safety Enforcer. Tasked with the oversight of all union and OSHA safety regulations in regards to equipment, talent, crew and public safety. • Production Supervisor. Big Stage Entertainment – Associate Producer/HR Coordinator 2007-­2009 • Digital Assets Research Management. Oversaw a small team tasked with researching thousands of face, hair and head accessories to be implemented in the company’s facial-­‐ recognition tech. • Quality Control Manager. Responsible for the testing of all digital assets received by all domestic and foreign vendors via the company tech to ensure mass distribution of each asset would work properly for users. Vendors included three local tech shops (California), as well as three entities overseas; two in India and one in China. • Media Acquisitions.
