The Eulogy of the Judges
It is necessary to be careful about quick qualifiers of litigious (hostile or
belligerent) to anyone who comes forward calling to the doors of
justice demanding help against the prepotency or bad faith of others;
and, to be happy - but blinded - when judicial statistics are telling us
that the legal struggles are decreasing. If sometimes the trend to the
litigious conflict reveals obscure antisocial instincts, it is also true that
moving forward to the courts shows a firm decision to defend the
social order against those who threaten it, and a healthy trust in the
administration of justice.
