Tanmei Kamath - Managing Partner
Tanmei is the Founder of EVOPT. His domain expertise ranges across
Business Process Reengineering & Lean Enterprise implementation. His
projects are aimed at improvement of Operational & Functional Efficiency
of Material & Information processes.
He has experience in Cost Controlling, HR Policy framework
implementation, Functional Load Analysis, Sales Process Design &
Business Process Design.
He has worked in Automotive, Medical Devices & Management
Consulting sectors & as a Consultant, dabbled in sectors ranging from Real
Estate, Manufacturing, Capital Goods & Infrastructure.
He has a B.Tech in Production & Industrial Engineering from VJTI,
Mumbai.
Sarfaraz Memon - Senior Partner
Sarfarazs domain expertise includes business process consulting, talent
assessment and change management. On the process front, he has worked
on processes for a variety of organisations ranging large pan-India
companies to smaller family managed businesses in a variety of sectors and
at different levels of maturity. In the field of talent assessment he has
assisted in developing competency frameworks and creates assessment
tools for large conglomerates. He has helped design assessment centres,
served as an assessor and designed and carried out assessor trainings and
certification programmes. In the field of change management he has
worked on engagements that were aimed towards helping family managed
businesses transition to become professionally managed. Additionally he
helps companies articulate their corporate values and has served as a
project coach for participants of long term learning interventions. He is also
a practitioner in the up and coming field of gamification.
