The executive branch!The Executive Branch carries out laws.They can sign or veto bills.Veto means say no to a bill.
Who is in it?The president and the members of presidents cabinet in the White House.The vice president, the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of State. These are some of the  15 heads of the cabinet.
What does it do?They all carry out laws.They make sure one law is not more powerful than the others.They make sure the laws follow the Constitution.The President can sign or veto bills.
Why is it important?The president is the one who can veto unfair bills.With out the Executive Branch there would be no laws.Without laws we would not be safe or respectful to others.
More information!The presidents cabinet has 15 heads  of the department.  Some of those departments are labor, health, human services, housing, urban development, transportation, energy, and education.
