installed on a dedicated server. Linux based.

Above quotation is based on the system requirement explained by Mr Ram through
team viewer and our understanding of the similar development through OpenERP.
Detailed development specification document will be provided lator.
3.2 Scope outline
The project is aim at customizing OpenERP in order to bring up a functional replica of
existing working system at American Granite & tile while using standard openerp
Accounting
Whereas the scope involves the customization of the following module
ï‚· Sales order and delivery management.
ï‚· Purchase order and receipts management.
ï‚· Multiple warehouse Inventory and store management.
ï‚· Product tagging and product holding system.
ï‚· Cost distribution system on product receipt just for reporting.
ï‚· New fields in Leads to replace customer visits functionality of existing system.
ï‚· Custom fields in customer and supplier master.
While the system configuration also involves basic configuration of existing
OpenERP accounting system limited to overall project estimate.
We will also provide brief technical module description with each of our custom
module in order to understand what it does.
We will also make sure that you will be able to install all existing OpenERP
modules.

Dedicated resource will work on migration from your existing

Total project estimate is 6 weeks = 30 Working days
5.3 Payment terms
40 % advance before start of work i.e $ 4539.20
Rest of the amount is divided equally among 4 weeks starting from 2nd week i.e

6 Other engagements
Our Aim:
We will be responsible for Pre- analysis at your organization.
Pre-requisite:
 1 decision maker to accept or reject the work done by consultants.
 Minimum 1 project manager from client is compulsory to start the pre-analysis/
implementation.
 Project manager and decision maker can be same person or other.
Your Responsibility:
 You will be responsible for providing us all the information and data on time.
 You will be responsible for organizing interviews with end users.
 You will be responsible to provide a project manager at your end entertaining us
for the data and information required.
 You will be responsible to arrange a workspace specifically for the consulting
team during pre-analysis and pre-implementation as for questionnaire and
interview sessions with users.
 You will be responsible to organize travelling, accommodation, and food
facilities for the consultant team visiting you.
Other Terms
 OPENERP4YOU hold the legal right to request for the pending payments
 Complete source code of the system will be provided only after complete
payment until time you can validate the system on our server.
 Any legal actions will be entertained at New Delhi court of jurisdictions (India).
 Payments need to be served on time in-order to avail uninterrupted services.
