Taj Hotels is the largest hotel company in Asia and a strategic business unit of Tata Group, India's largest conglomerate known as a source of national pride. Taj operates luxury hotels, business hotels, and leisure hotels, and has played an important role in developing tourism. It has expanded into new market segments by launching budget hotel brand Ginger. Taj also has diversified business lines in hospitality including air catering through Taj Sats and charter planes through Taj Air. The purpose of this study is to analyze Taj's marketing across its various hospitality applications and business units.
