The document discusses a data report about weight gain over one week. It provides starting and ending weight data, as well as daily nutrition intake data including calories, carbohydrates, fat, cholesterol, sodium, and protein. Graphs and tables show the weekly nutrition intake and how it relates to a small weight loss. The document then explains why these nutrients are important for things like energy, metabolism, muscle function, and overall health.
This document outlines the 7 steps to create a multimedia lesson: 1) Prepare materials, 2) Design instructions, 3) Create a storyboard, 4) Program the lesson, 5) Produce supporting materials, 6) Evaluate and revise, 7) Determine if the lesson will be online or offline. The steps provide a process for integrating text, graphics, animation, and sound into an instructional multimedia lesson.

Got a great idea for a killer product? Great news- it's never been easier to get a physical product made. From Chinese manufacturing to kickstarter to facebook and twitter, costs and barriers to entry are falling right and left. BUT- 80% of new products fail!
This session will give an overview of niche selection, product ideation, funding, factory identification (surprise: China may NOT be the right choice!), all the way through shipment and product launch. Bootstrap, Lean, and 4HWW techniques to mitigate risk and raise your hit rate will be discussed, with an emphasis on actual experiences succeeding (and failing) at the product game.
The host, Peter Keller, has been designing, sourcing and launching new products since 2005. In 2010, he founded FringeSport, where he launches an average of 2 new products a month.
