COMPANY PAGE SETUP
1. Create > Page > Company, Organization or Institution > Choose category > Get
Started.
2. Create a separate page with Careers on the end. Example: MasterBrand
Careers.
3. Add logo and cover photo.
4. Add call to action below the cover photo (watch video or learn more or call now).
For learn more/contact us - link it to your careers page.
5. About section...add story and website link.
6. Insights tab is your stats.
7. Settings > Page Roles (add other admins)

CONTENT STRATEGIES
Show off your employees, pics of events, your team in action.
Repost news about your organization.
Welcome new hires.
2. Repost your benefits and perks as evergreen content.
Tell people to follow you on your other social channels.
Share work memes and quotes.
Holidays offer chance to post something...i.e. Have a great labor day weekend
Always use an image or video with posts! It will be seen more.
Use cheap/free tools like Legend or Ripl (see examples) to create visual posts.
Create a content calendar
Post content in the afternoon/evening for maximum reach. (80% of US population
is in the Eastern/Central time zone.)
Get your employees involved.
Schedule posts for 12pm 4pm and 8pm (3x per day)
GROUPS
Local job search groups offer free places to post and get candidates.
Sharing some of your job or other career content in local groups you can get free
traffic.
People tag their friends on a group job listing to alert them of a new opportunity.
Search for phrases like chicago job or chicago employment from the group tab.
Also try keywords like career, hiring and search for both state or city groups.
Must be approved by admin to join in most cases.
May have to answer questions. Say you are a recruiter or business owner
looking to hire.

FACEBOOK JOB BOARD
Facebook.com/jobs
Posting jobs requires someone to check Facebook. Applies go to Messenger but you
can also send to an email address. Jobs are located under Marketplace on the mobile
app. Left column menu on desktop.
Candidates apply with a basic profile, not a resume.
Listed under Publishing Tools section of your company page.
Must have a company page account to post jobs.
Listed under Jobs on company page
Candidate data located under Publishing Tools > Job Applications.
Data cannot be exported.
ADVERTISING BASICS
3. Boosting your posts that already have a high engagement score are a great way
to keep that piece of content relevant in their algorithm.
Consider devoting more of your job ad budget to get more Facebook reach.
Upload your own database as custom audience.
Do sample ad campaign.
