- 3. 1- Use opening question like (why who what how) 2-Use closed question (Yes No) 3- Ask for people opinion : How do you see this?? Tell me your opinion about.??
- 4. *Help participants thinking through some questions like: 1-what did you do well? 2- what could you have done better? 3-what prevented you from doing it better? 4-what is your plan to do things even better in the future?
- 5. 1- Identify the points of agreement 2- Encourage people to build on others Ideas
