Factual now allows businesses to directly submit requests to add, update, or delete their listings in Factual's database. Businesses can search for their existing listing on Factual's website and request changes by visiting a URL, or request that a non-existent listing be added through a contact form. This provides an easier process for businesses to manage their Factual listing without needing a third party tool.

- 2. About Factual Until recently, Factual did not let businesses submit directly to their database. You had to use a tool like Yext or Factuals own API. However, business can now request that their listing be added, deleted, or updated directly through Factual.
