- 1. Fall Bazaar Dear Vendor, We would like to extend an invitation to you to participate in our Fall Bazaar on October 27th at Bethel Church in Baxter Springs, KS. The booth space will be 10X10 with an 8ft table and two chairs. Doors will be open on October 26th from noon-7pm for booth set up. Doors will be open at 7am on Saturday, Bazaar starts at 8am. The cost is $25 which will go into the Bethel Women’s fund to help support local and foreign missions. All other profits are yours to keep.
