Thank you to the parents who shared their countries' traditions and celebrations with the children. The children learned about Lunar New Year traditions from Korea, tried rice treats from Denmark, learned about Canadian Thanksgiving, and heard traditional stories from India. They also learned that chess and the place value system were invented in India. The children enjoyed learning from the parents and being exposed to other cultures.
