This document summarizes three cases of fetal ascites that were presented at the 56th Annual Congress of the Indian Radiological and Imaging Association from January 4-7, 2003. The cases included two pregnant females aged 28 and 32 with gestational ages of 25 and 24 weeks respectively that had fetal ascites and were aborted or declined medical termination of pregnancy. A third case involved a 22 year old pregnant female at 38 weeks gestation with fetal ascites where delivery was awaited.
