Elena, an office assistant, receives a threatening phone call from an unknown caller saying her boss's patients have been killed and the boss is next. She informs her boss, a doctor, of the call. A detective then arrives, claiming to have been hired to investigate after some of the doctor's patients were killed. The detective unexpectedly accuses the doctor of killing his own patients.

FADE IN: INT. OFFICE ASSISTANT'S OFFICE MIDSHOT Assistant sitting in the office Elena is going through the files Phone rings she picks up the phone ELENE hello? AN UNKNOWN CALLER hope your boss have heard about the killings of his patients ELENA: Excuse me? Who are you? AN UNKNOWN CALLER: Just tell your boss he is next And then the phone cuts FADE OUT. INT. DR. OFFICE Long shot ELENE: May I come in? DOCTOR YES, COME IN ELENE WALKING INSIDE THE OFFICE MID SHOT
ELENA: There's something i need to talk to you about DOCTOR: Yes? ELENA: I've receiving calls from an unknown person saying something about your patients being killed but today he said that tell you boss that he is next DOCTOR: Listening quietly and pondering DOCTOR: (CONT'D) When was the last time you received a call ELENA: Half and hour ago WHEN THE DOCTOR AND ELANAARE HAVING CONVERSATION EVENTUALLY A DETECTIOVE APPEARS AND START ASKING QUESTIONS ELENA WALKS OUT OF THE ROOM WHEN DETECTIVE ENTERS OVER THE SHOULDER SHOT DETECTIVE MARK: My name is mark I am a private detective and I am here to investigate something DOCTOR: (surprised) but !! I didn't call you DETECTIVE MARK: Of course you didn't DOCTOR: So who called you DETECTIVE MARK: So! Why are you killing your patients?
DOCTOR: "Smirk" FADE OUT.
