A narrative text tells a story to inform readers. It has a beginning, middle, and end with events occurring in a specific place and time. There are main and side characters that may or may not change throughout the story. Conflicts include personal struggles within a character or between characters, individuals versus society or nature. The narrative text aims to convey a lesson or message by the conclusion.

a. Person vs. himself- The conflict is
internal. A character must overcome
his nature or make a choice between
two paths- the good and the evil,
the right and the wrong.

conflict is external. The conflict is

Usually, it is the protagonist against
the antagonist.
