Featuring your Listings in Style
Proper presentation is important in all aspects of the real estate transaction. A well
designed feature sheet that provides pertinent information allows you to present your
listings in a favorable way.
Sutton has made feature sheets that are easy for you to use. We have designed
professional templates available on Homebase that are customizable to meet the needs
of your listings.
With the Sutton Feature Sheet templates you can:
Include photos of your listings. Help potential buyers visualize the best
features of your listings.
Provide property details. Highlight the marketable features of your listings.
Feature the price and location. Decide how you want to promote your listing!
Write a brief description of the listing. Take this opportunity to persuade the
potential buyer that this is the home for them!
And of coursePromote yourself by including your photo and contact
information.
Using this feature:
1) In Homebase, click on Resources, Marketing then Templates
2) Click on Feature Sheets to view the templates
3) Once youve chosen a template you like, return to the main screen
4) Position your mouse over the template you wish to download. Right click on your
mouse and select Save Target As.
5) Save to your computer and name the file
6) Open the Powerpoint or Word file you just saved and begin personalization.
7) Print the Powerpoint presentation or Word document in colour for maximum effect.
