Based on interviews with 60 individuals, 39% currently use Ariel for laundry detergent, while 43% use Tide. When shown a demo of Tide, 63% found it excellent and convincing, while only 5% found it poor and unconvincing. 70% of stains people wanted advice on removing were ink stains, with 42% being dry ink stains specifically. When asking what type of advice consumers preferred, 35% said they would like a product sample or gift, while 10% preferred advice from a sales promoter.
