7. Push Pass Have proper grip on the stick Quick footwork to get body into passing position (feet lined up so that together the left foot and shoulder are in front of the right foot and shoulder. Your feet should also be facing your target Weight transfer from right leg to left leg gives you the max strength. You can do it opposite if you dont have enough time or if you are trying to throw your opponent off Right hand low on the stick Knees bend and stick on the ground Keep stick on the ball, no backswing Ball should be contacted opposite the left foot Extend arms away from the body to push the ball forward. Non- Stick- Side Dodge Player in possession sends the ball ahead and close to the non-stick-side of the approaching opponent Player runs to the stick side of the opponent (ball goes right and player goes left) Receive the ball behind the opponent Have control of the ball You want to dodge your opponent so they dont get the ball from you. 9. Hitting Point shoulders and feet toward your target. Bend your knees Line the ball up level with your foot Keep your hands together with a shortened grip Focus on the back of the ball Follow through and transfer your weight towards your target You use this to shoot the ball into the goal. 10. Goalkeeping You want to start in an athletic stance.
