This document describes 4 different Photoshop techniques for filters. It discusses using the sponge filter effect which is found under the filter tab in the artistic drop down menu. Adjusting the sliders for the sponge filter is mentioned to avoid obscuring details in the image being filtered.

Filters 4 Different Photoshop Techniques: Before After To create the sponge filter effect, I found the filter tab and chose a filter from the artistic drop down menu. I then clicked on the sponge button and adjusted the sliders to make sure the effect didnʼt completely obscure the detail in the image.
