Editor's Notes
Over the next 20 years we'll be adding another 35,000 residents and 50,000 workers. In order to maintain functionality of the street grid we can't accommodate any more cars. More people are going to have to walk, bike and take transit. In the middle of a car-crazed American culture, in the second most congested Metropolitan region in the Country, how do you get even more people to get out of their cars?
