The survey showed that residents were interested in purchasing the charity shirt but wanted larger sizes and found the back logo distracting. The client, HKSF, was happy with the final t-shirt design and thanked the students for their work and donation. They were also glad the students gained more volunteers and would like to work together again in the future. The student realized strengths in designing and making the shirt but weaknesses in promotion and time management. For future projects, they want to sell to new areas and continue supporting HKSF.

2. SURVEY ANALYSIS
As you can see from our recent survey DB residents are interested in
purchasing this particular charity shirt. The only problems that we
reiceved with the t-shirt was that there needed to be a larger size & the
logo on the back was distracting.
We can obviously make biggier sizes when made to order so that wont be a
complication.
The HKSf logo on the back will not be changed as it is the main part of the
shirt and it needs to advertise the charity.

HKSF support and love the shirts and are happy with the volunteers and
the donation we have made. This is really good as the number one
person we wanted to please was the HKSF foundation. We will defiantly
be working with them in the future.
5. EVALUATION
Strengths- I have successfully designed and made a real shirt. I have never
done this process before so I learnt a lot in this process. I am proud that
I managed to hand make shirts and I am particularly proud of the fact I
designed it on adobe illustrator.
Weaknesses- I think my weaknesses for this project was defiantly
promoting the product and having communication with DB residents. I
also had trouble keeping on time with the project as I wasted time
designing t-shirt by hand and scanning them in when I should of
probably just designed them on adobe illustrator.
Actions for the future- in the future we hope to sell more customized shorts
to different areas (not just db) I also hope to work again with the HKSF
to raise more money for this charity as it is one that is quite close to my
heart. I will defiantly carry on trying to sell shirts and help raise
awareness.
