What is nonverbal communication?
Nonverbal Communication = Communication without
words
Nonverbal communication is a process of communication
through sending and receiving wordless messages.
The communication in which the sender
uses words to transmit the message to
the receiver is known as verbal
communication.
The communication that takes place
between sender and receiver with the use
of signs is known as non-verbal
communication.
The most important thing in communication is hearing what
isn't said. - Peter F. Drucker
Body language is a very powerful
tool. We had body language
before we had speech, and
apparently, 80% of what you
understand in a conversation is
read through the body, not the
words.

gestures, facial expressions, postures, and more.
People are using around 35% verbal communication and 65%
nonverbal communication in daily life.
More than voice or even words,
nonverbal communication helps to
create your image in others mind.

You can express your emotions and
feelings in front of others, which you
are unable to express in words
Types of Nonverbal Communication
There are two types of nonverbal communication:-
Intentional nonverbal communication
Example: Pointing out the finger, giving smile and clapping.
Unintentional nonverbal communication
