Keisha spent time with 9-year old Leanna, who has Down syndrome, at their houses across the street from each other. They watched movies, colored, baked cookies, ate sweets, and played with Barbie dolls. Leanna had a major positive effect on Keisha, becoming part of her family. Leanna taught Keisha to enjoy simple things, make diverse friends, and not be afraid to show herself. With a background in projects spanning more than 40 years, Tim Lyons specialised in the delivery of large, complex, multi-disciplinary programmes for clients including Crossrail, Network Rail, ExxonMobil, Siemens and in patent development. His first career was in broadcasting, where he designed and built commercial radio station studios in Manchester, Cardiff and Bristol, also working as a presenter and programme producer. - 6. I love being outdoors and enjoying nature.

Leanna taught me to never be afraid to show who I truly am, and that life has so many precious moments. I still plan on hanging out with Leanna even after this project is over. Not only have I made a difference in her life but she has made a difference in mine. I can honestly say she has become one of my good friends.
