We are an online platform for providing services like food delivery, laundry, book
rental for college students. We work towards an aim of creating curating
college comfort

COMPANYS OVERVIEW
In India one of the biggest consumer
market for any online service portal is
college going students of age 18-23 years ,
so we came up with the concept why not
make a platform catering specifically to
these students in terms of any service that
they need in their college campus like Food
delivery , Laundry , Book rental etc.
MARKET OVERVIEW
Our potential market is around 1 million college students in India .
Because they(college students) are our only priority market so all
our services will be designed specifically to every college student
needs. For example some P college has an issue of some Q service
needed for them so we are ready to provide them.
TARGET CUSTOMERS
OUR TARGET CUSTOMER IS A COLLEGE STUDENT OF AGE
18-25 YEARS WHO LIVES IN COLLEGE HOSTEL AND NEEDS
DAY TO DAY DIFFERENT SERVICES .Also one of even more
specific target market are the students of colleges which are situated
far from main townships and can thus lack some of the basic services
so delivering services to them will be our main goal.
GOAL
What we want to develop is not just an online portal but a brand that
every college student trusts .Our main target is to establish outlets of
saddacampus in the colleges which turn out into cool hangout zones for
the students and also provide services like all night food services etc.
Our target for the first financial year is making sales worth 50 Lakh rupees
which is very achievable considering a college having 5000 students from
which even if on any particular day we can make 100 students order
through us an average sale of Rs200 then 500*200*365 = 3,65,00,000
accounting for all the uncertainities orders worth Rs. 1,00,00,000 are very
possible .

however it act as a link between the service providers and the college

CONTEXT
HOW WE EARN
 Our business model is to charge seller a share
anything from 2% to 30% for every sell that he
makes through our site.
 An average order for a student ordering food
online is 200Rs. from which a share of 10%
comes to us as revenue which is Rs.20
 Considering the expenses superficially we make
around 10 Rs per order

FOR CUSTOMERS
A service provider which treats them with the
utmost care and designs services and offers
made specifically in mind their needs.
FOR COLLABORATORS
 For the collaborators SADDACAMPUS provides a direct entry into a market
of atleast 5000 students from one college and also the service provider need not
worry about how to market itself there because it will all be taken care by

Every college has one or other service that is very poorly delivered in it which can
be easily resolved. For example the mess food is one of such service and the
students tend to order on call or go to nearby restaurants every other day. These
students are our target customers who already pay a good sum. Similar is the case
with book rental and laundry .
