K2 is a synthetic drug that is sold as incense but is smoked for its psychoactive effects, which are similar but more intense than marijuana. It contains chemicals sprayed onto plant materials that are not intended for human consumption but are smoked to get high. K2 can cause severe adverse effects like increased heart rate, vomiting, anxiety, and even heart attacks. K2 doesnt show up on normal drug test which causes problem in the ER!

I definitely spent the last 6 hours feeling like dying and walking around outside because i felt like dying the second i sat down inside... This stuff is evil and i would gladly put money on it that it is not safe in any way. I'm just glad i didn't start going into a seizure like other kids did i have been tripping on it for about 14 hours now and i just want this k2 to end Last night I faced death for the first time. I only took 2 hits, and my head started pounding and my heart started racing. I was 100% certain that this was it. My ears started ringing and my eye sight was blurring. I told my boyfriend to get the keys to go to the hospital, but that's the last thing I remember. Please don't do this drug. DON'T go through this hell!
