Make questionaires for our classmate to get more ideas.
Got many good ideas from

Research and refer resources in the Internet about how
to make the handbook. Asking Steven and other people

First prototype

Find individual communication approach for each
member to rise up their self-confidence, to level up
creativity;
Organize informal meetings in order to build good
relationships between members.
People started to express them
self more openly, the team
meeting became funny and
enjoyable.
Deficiency in time
