The company specialise in professional services recruitment having developed a strong RPO, Account Management and new business team. This role will sit within the new business division and be focused on networking, with the Business Development Manager, within existing accounts to offer a wider portfolio of services to their clients within professional services recruitment they are also interested in launching HR and Sales & Marketing desks/divisions. The manager operates a very autonomous management style where you are left to get on with building your area with the support of the team around you.
