- #6: To be honest, the phrase wee wows makes me slightly uncomfortable. I prefer to stick with little wow its a bit more dignified. So, to repeat, the little wows are small, personalized actions that make the people youre serving think, that was nice.

- #10: If you absolutely cant find the fun, lost the joy, you owe it to yourself, the college, and the stakeholder to look for something else.

Connect with co-workers engage with those who lift your spirits. Bear in mind youre paid to have fun employees who enjoy what they do are far more likely to do their job well and to satisfy stakeholders than those employees who see work as chore. Fake it until you dont have to what would someone having fun at your job look like, act like, or talk like? Make a contest of it how many stakeholders can you get to smile in day or teaching moments can you create for stakeholders?
