This document provides a cheat sheet listing the contents of a first aid kit and medicine cabinet. The first aid kit should contain antiseptic wipes, bandages of various sizes, dressings, eye dressings, triangular bandages, micropore tape, crepe bandage, safety pins, tweezers, thermometers, scissors, gloves, and a space blanket. The medicine cabinet for adults should contain pain relievers, cough medicines, cold medicines, antihistamines, insect repellents, sunscreen, and rehydration tablets. The medicine cabinet for children should contain versions of the adult medicines that are designed for children as well as teething gel, nappy rash cream and petroleum jelly
