- 2. THE PROBLEM Carrying your luggage around when traveling/visiting a city.
- 3. THE PROBLEM Whats the job that needs to be done (for the customer, not for you!)? Delivering the luggage to a specified place, while the costumer visits the city. What are they doing now to solve their problems/desires? Leaving the luggage in a locker. Carrying the luggage around with them. Why is this insufficient? Either you have to go back to pick up the baggage or you have to keep it with you, both are inconvenient. Why is the problem so hard to solve? To be satisfactorily solved it would require a highly personalized attention.
- 4. STRATEGY Studying extreme users (backpackers). Investigating the existing solutions and whether they are good enough or not. Asking people if they have ever faced such problem. Finding out if travellers would pay to avoid the problem. Studying which range of travellers actually suffer this problem. Does it affect everybody? Just a few? Enough to be worth solving?
