MEET-UPS • Casual meet-ups for museum visits, restaurants, salsa dancing, etc. • Panel discussion with guest speakers in different industries/ topics • Weekly/ Monthly classes for different interests
EVENTS • Panel discussions with guest speakers about matching-theme-topics • Different workshops • Side activities for participants • Networking opportunities with peers and speakers • Entertainment (Networking-centered-events!!! )
POTENTIAL TOPICS • Women in STE(A)M/ BUSINESS • Negotiation for Women • Control emotions • Getting H1B (work sponsorship) visa • Balance: Personal & Professional Life • Getting men to support women in leadership • Dating foreign men in the U.S
(1 year ) SHORT TERM GOAL • Open new chapters in Bay area (San Fran), New York & Chicago • Host Women in Business & Women in STEAM conference and many professional workshops • Launch Mentoring program - matching members with the right mentors in the industries
Future 2-5 years LONG TERM PLAN • Open chapters in other major cities in the U.S and Vietnam (Saigon & Ha Noi) or Singapore/UK • Launch special program for women in Vietnam
