chores like helping cleaning the house. This
helps their body muscles to contract and
relax which helps with keeping their
muscles healthy.
For example;
- Wiping the floor (this will strengthen
their arm muscles).
- Picking up random but not safety hazard
material around the house, this will help
strengthen their back

exercising
Childrens games are fun, but parents can use them to
help their children exercise.
Engaging with your child when they are playing helps
motivate them and take the exercise serious
Play skipping rope, tag, hide and seek to exercise the
mind, problem solving games to engage their cognitive
health.
Make your child aware of why they are playing that
game (IN TERMS OF FITNESS) so that they can focus on
satisfying the objecting of the fitness game played.
