In this Project, we conducted a market research on, whether a person who exercise has healthy food diet? We came up with a questionnaire and used the Qualtrics software to conduct the survey. Then after the survey was completed by 100 respondents we used SPSS software to run the analytic.

â–ª 101 people responses to the Survey
â–ª 97 responded 4 were missing
4. RESULTS - QUALTRICS
â–ª Most common responses for favorite type of foods include: pizza,
chicken, and fish.
â–ª 33% do not consume any alcohol while 7% consume more than 7
drinks
â–ª Top diets people chose were Weight Watchers, Paleo, and Low Carb.

15. LIMITATIONS
â–ª Only 63 out of the 97 answered, What type of diet have they have tried?
â–ª So either we missed a diet
â–ª They did not do any of the ones provided
â–ª 34 respondents are unknown
â–ª We were not able to get good sample of the population as we had few missing
â–ª It is not suitable to determine the whole population
â–ª Another problem was that there were many missing values.
16. FURTHER RESEARCH
â–ª How food and fitness helps one individual:
â–ª To achieve better grades
â–ª We need to understand is there any geographical difference for people having a
different opinion of food and fitness.
â–ª By using PRIZM and other questionnaires.
â–ª By using VALS-2 and similar databases, we can figure out that how similar or
different people are that have different lifestyle considering about food and fitness.
