1. SITUATION : I wore BISS T-shirt, comfortable pants. I didn't tie my hair up. The condition was
very good. Maybe it was the day that I have the best condition. After running, I was almost dead.
GOALS : I will run in 90 seconds each laps.
PLAN : I will practice running every night. I will sleep for 10 hours a day before that day. I will eat
lots of foods which contain lots of good nutrients.
