It is made and hand-finished in the UK out of sustainably-sourced beech ply. The stool is stackable, which offers a real solution to small space living The Lab Stool kicks off a flat-pack furniture collaboration between the design studio and the Science Museum in London in anticipation of creating pieces that are designed to last instead of cheap, throw-away furniture.
