FLOATING XF SYSTEM SIT – ON SYSTEMS

Since XF film is a comparatively delicate material 
following precautions have to be observed during 
execution. 
1. The surface of mother slab has to be smooth free of any 
piercing outcrop of aggregates / binding wire & steel 
(we suggest to grind the surface) 
2. No one should walk over the film with footwear. 
3. After the film is laid, see that no stray animals run 
or walk over it.
4. No one should smoke in the work area, including 
engineers and owners 
5. While laying the wearing course, the movement of 
workers has to be over packaging foam planks. 
6. The wearing course material should not be 
dumped on the film 
7. In case, any hole or damage to the film is 
observed, do not hide it, it can be repaired (stitch 
in time saves nine)
