This document discusses the synthesis of fluorescent metal nanoclusters using various proteins, antibodies, enzymes, and biomolecules. Specifically, it examines the synthesis of blue emitting IgG-gold nanoclusters, blue emitting BSA-gold nanoclusters, lysozyme-gold nanoclusters, HRP-gold nanoparticles, red emitting IgY-gold nanoclusters, blue emitting streptavidin-gold nanoclusters, and glutathione-capped red emitting gold nanoparticles in an organic phase. It also varies the gold concentration and biomolecule concentration in the synthesis of BSA-gold and IgY-gold nanoclusters.
