Mode-AL is a company that designs and manufactures integrated furniture solutions including single and multiple screen mounts, racks, and custom solutions. They recently moved to a new larger facility to allow for increased production. Most of our stands can be furnished with options from our accessories section including glass shelves, 19 rack cabinets, wall and 鍖oor mounted, castors and more. All our Plasma Stands come with tilting universal mounts to accommodate all standard VESA mounting holes. Plasma Stands In May 2011, Mode-AL moved in to a new 10,500 sq ft facility in Uxbridge. This move provides us with the space and 鍖exibility to increase production over the next few years, and from 1st March our new show room and video conferencing areas will be open. We hope to provide a dynamic environment for speci鍖ers and consultants; providing them the best in technical furniture and screen mounting solutions. The factory is located within walking distance of Uxbridge underground station (Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines) and is closely situated for access from the M25 and M40/ M4. - 3. 3www.mode-al.com The MV Brix system is an entirely new mounting solution for large format screens. The system comprises of a simple frame attached to the rear of the screen allowing each screen to be accessed individually regardless of its location within the screen matrix. The rigidity and strength of the structure comes from the frame work. No individual screen is touching another therefore it relieves any stress on the display chassis. This unique feature allows Mode-AL to build structures on site very quickly with setups being typically less than one day and as it is made from modules, the whole MV Brix can be broken down into pieces to 鍖t inside a standard lift, making access to site very easy and quick to set up. The screen matrix does not require any reinforcements to the existing building structure because of its self-supporting nature, and is no deeper than 130 mm in standard mode providing an exceptionally thin footprint, freeing up valuable retail space. With virtually no limit on size it is easily scalable and has the freedom to create custom shapes and orientations from simple 1x2 up to 4x4 con鍖gurations, creating a high de鍖nition 220 display. Having designed an enclosure as a replacement for the AMX unit for one project we found that our combination of high security and good design aesthetics saw this as one of our best new products of 2011, seeing it installed in car showrooms, casinos, meeting rooms and the boardroom. We intend to keep this product in our portfolio and expand the range to cover further tablet types and re鍖ne the product further in 2012 with the introduction of our own special interface leads to reduce the enclosure size and introduce more variants to accommodate different applications. Using our unique modular system, we can design and manufacture Monitor Stacks to suit your exact requirements. Our Monitor Stacks are manufactured in house from our own designed aluminium extrusions, allowing complete customisation to mount all types of screens/clock mounts/speaker shelves to suit your requirements. - 6. 6 sales-uk@mode-al.com The Media Wall range is speci鍖cally targeted at the Security, Process and Retail industries as they tend to require off the shelf deliveries, fast on-site set up and a more cost effective product. The Media Wall has been designed with a very different purpose: The most economical way of mounting multiple screens both space and cost wise. We design and manufacture both manual and motorised screen lifters to hold a range of different screen models and sizes. These can come with optional microphone mounts and cable cubbies attached to give a neat table solution. Screen Lifters Media Walls A Media Wall has 3 leg heights - 2.0m, 2.2m, 2.4m. The legs have optional 4 cable trays, allowing the client to specify how many vertical trays are required. To keep the cost of the legs down, we have optional end covers. These will only be required if the legs are in view. And 鍖nally, the Media Wall has optional bolt down bases instead of feet.
- 7. 7www.mode-al.com The EC and ECS range of 19 rack cabinets offer a quality racking system with a sleek 鍖nish. With smoked or frosted glass 鍖nish as standard and wood veneer colours as optional extras, we can supply an attractive cabinet to match its surroundings. Our new sound-proo鍖ng option with foam in鍖lls and fans for air鍖ow can help control temperature and reduce noise omitted from the cabinet by around 32dB. 19 Racking Video Walls Mode-AL design and manufacture standard modular Video Walls in two types: Standard Video Wall: This is a modular system of 2x2, 3x2, 2x3 and 3x3 frameworks that can be bolted together to form a Video Wall of any size.
- 8. Wall Mounts Mode-AL Integrated Furniture Solutions The G-Mec or to give its full name the Goniometric Tilt Mount, is the 鍖rst truly professional over centre of gravity tilting mount. This enables the screen tilt to be set with one hand, as the weight of the screen is used to counter balance the tilting action. We have added a further feature allowing you to lock the angle of tilt once in position, so for commercial use, it provides the fastest and easiest set up of all tilting screen mounts. The G-Mec is available in Standard Universal, Extended Universal for larger screens or portrait orientation and VESA 200. With these 3 variants all current professional and domestic screens can be mounted, thus reducing stock levels and reducing installation time because of its simplicity and uniformity across the range. The Slim Jim wall mount 鍖ts about 95% of all screens manufactured in todays market. With a total depth of 25 mm (1) it is one of the thinnest universal mounting brackets on the market today. With the auto lock mechanism, the screen is automatically locked to the wall plate once it is attached. With the lock key provided, removal is done by simply sliding in the lock key which will retract the locking bar and allowing the screen arms to be removed. These brackets have the 鍖exibility of being able to adjust in size to accommodate almost all sizes and makes of Plasma/LCD screens.
