This document discusses follow up, accountability, and being a team leader. It contains 3 main points:
1) Individuals are responsible for their own actions and should be able to justify them. This creates an environment of trust, support, and dedication to excellence.
2) Accountability means that people can rely on each other to follow through on commitments. It reduces workload frustration and keeps teamwork positive. Everyone must make the commitment for accountability to succeed.
3) As a team lead, your role is to clearly communicate objectives, ensure the team works as a unit by "oiling the gears", and influence people through communication to achieve brilliant results.
2. As for the journey of life; at
some point you will realize
that you are the driver and
you will drive!

their knowledge
because they

indispensable?
Have you
witnessed
