How to Determine Whats Going On?
 Use DeJarnette SOT blocks and
Dr. Boros Super Duper Arch and Gait Analysis
to help you differentiate what the problem is
With muscle testing and the Glabellar Tap,
developed by Solohin Thom, D.O, its easy peasy to
identify and fix patient gait problems
Lets see how
Gait Dynamic
Combination contact
and propulsion
phase.
Pronation & Supination
Mixed Pronation/Supination
(Skiing/Skating)
Rearfoot Torque
Uneven Surfaces
Transverse Arch Torque
Manual Muscle Testing
Patient stands with
one or both feet on
blocks. If strong
indicator muscle tests
weak, then there is a
problem.
Thoms Glabellar Tap
While patient
continues to stand
on blocks, tap the
glabella three
times at one
second intervals
to temporarily lock
in subluxation
pattern.
Lumbar Challenge & Adjustment
Using MMT and finger
challenges, identify
subluxations and correct
with Activator.
Sphenoid Contact & Adjustment
Or, you can use manual
thumb thrust adjusting as
in this cranial example.
