We recommend that you call and check with the City Municipali-
ty before hand, each municipality has different regulations and
permit requirements concerning dumpsters placed on private
property, streets or any other public right of way. Contact your
local municipality and they will provide you with the regulations
and costs to purchase any necessary permits. Basin Container
Services is not responsible for obtaining proper permits.
When it comes to renting a dumpster,
we rent dumpsters to everyone! From
homeowners for regular clean up or
remodeling projects to businesses,
real estate agents, and small to mid-
sized contractors.
In order for us to properly transport the dump-
ster, we need to have enough clearance to put a
tarp over the load. We ask that you don’t load
any material above the top rails of the dumpster
that will interfere with the tarp. Try to keep the
load flat and distribute the weight as evenly as
possible. If for any reason the dumpster is im-
properly loaded and cannot be transported safe-
ly, you will have to unload the dumpster to a safe
level before we can remove it.

Mostly all of home improvement debris, household
appliances, yard waste, furniture, construction de-
bris, solid waste. But there are some items we
simply don’t have the resources to dispose of per
EPA guidelines. Those items include: Biohazardous
materials/medical waste, Paint, Batteries, Propane
tanks, Liquids/Solvents/Freon/Chemicals, Equip-
ment containing gas or oil.

Our dumpsters are 18 to 20 yards. You
can put up to 8000 lbs. of waste. Our
dumpsters dimensions are 12 ft. long X
7ft wide X 6 ft height.
Ideally a day notice would be great to insure availability
and the ability to deliver the dumpster in a timely man-
ner. But we also understand that sometimes things get
out of hand and you need it as soon as possible, we will
do our best to deliver the same day.
Although our drivers are extremely careful when delivering and
picking up containers, Basin Container Services is not responsible
for damage to driveways, walkways, landscape, sprinklers. Be
sure to strategically instruct our driver where you need your
dumpster positioned. Despite our precautions, there is always po-
tential of damage to your property. Basin Container Services is
not liable for the damages caused by normal dumpster operation.

The price of a dumpster rental is determined
by the city of delivery, dumpster size and
the type of debris you will be putting into the
roll off dumpster. When you call Basin Con-
tainer Services we will give you a quote
based on these specifications. Remember,
because we’re a local company we can give
you the best price in the biz!
Each of our dumpster rentals comes with deliv-
ery to your home, office or construction site, a
three day rental, should you require additional
days fees may apply.
The disposal fees of your trash is your responsi-
bility in accordance to the City Landfill where
you reside.
We collect a $300 deposit upon delivery. Once your
dumpster is picked up and weighed we will send your in-
voice, should there be a reimbursement we will mail you
a check within 7 days of service, if there is a balance,
payment must be received within 7 days.
