RECETTE - MOUSSE AU CHOCOLAT Ingr辿dients 4 ounces unsweetened cooking chocolat 4 luf de poule , separated 遜 cup sucre 1 cup la cr竪me 辿paisse Pinch le sel Comment le faire Melt the chocolat over low heat in a saucepan. Remove from heat, add cr竪me and allow mixture to cool. Separate blanc duf from le jaune duf. Add sucre to le jaune duf and mix well. Add jaune duf mixture to chocolat in the saucepan. Add a pinch of sel to blanc duf , then beat with an electric mixer until stiff. Stir blanc duf gently into chocolat mixture and let cool in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
