Assembling your binder
Pick a cover. Type
your title, print it on
cardstock and place
at the top of your
stack of paper.
Choose a
binder spine.
Use a 2 inch circle
punch to cut out the
divider tabs on
cardstock.
Type your students’ names in ABC
order on the assignment checklist.
They’ll automatically load into all of the
other pages..

Make enough copies of the small
group planning sheet for each
group MULTIPLIED BY the
number of weeks you’ll be
teaching.
Make enough copies of the
weekly lesson plan sheet for
the number of weeks you’ll be
teaching. You can print them
back to back to save paper.
Want to type in a time period
so you know when each class
happens? Just click on the
grey box to add text.
You may also want to include
one of the week at a glance
sheets before each weekly
lesson plan.

Make copies of any of the bonus sheets that will be helpful to you.
Then bind the book. STAPLES, Office Depot and the UPS Store all have
inexpensive binding options.
Tape or glue the circle tab dividers on the first page of each section.
