This document describes a woman's 12-week body transformation journey where she lost 11% of her body weight and rediscovered her confidence. She was initially overweight and unhappy with herself, but decided to embark on a fitness program. Through developing healthy habits like nutrition and exercise, she learned she was physically and mentally stronger than she believed. She overcame fears of water and began swimming, running, and climbing mountains. By transforming her lifestyle and losing weight, she went from feeling like a "Wobbly Woman" to seeing herself as a "Wonder Woman."

gaining fast. I spent my
life in front of a

health, nutrition, goals, support
ing each other and how to be
accountable for my choices.
But that’s not all I learned…..
12. I learned I am physically
stronger than I thought
13. I learned I am MENTALLY
stronger than I thought
22. In just 10 weeks, I have lost 6.7
kilos, 11% of my body weight.
I have rediscovered living
instead of existing. I have
found in me, some one I can
like…no, make that LOVE.
I am now truly….
