The one-day Library/IT Staff Retreat agenda included sessions on increasing collaboration between library and IT staff, updates on new services, and afternoon breakout groups to plan projects. Staff would hear from the retreat organizers in the morning, discuss collaboration and connections over multiple sessions, and get updates. The afternoon involved forming action teams to plan projects in areas like information literacy, pilot projects, digital repositories, student support, and professional development. Teams would briefly report out before discussing next steps and closing the retreat.
